Is there such thing as a frugal gambler? Well, of course. This may be off putting for some who think that if frugality comes into play then the luck of the draw shouldn’t. Reality says something different. Being frugal doesn’t mean being down and out but lends more to being extremely cautious and conscience about the handling of ones coins. For this reason if a gambler you are then a gambler you shall be. There are times you can play your numbers with a coupon, receive discounts and participate in perks with the Pennsylvania Lottery.
If splurging is in the cards and a scratch off is tempting why not opt to purchase one of the lottery’s scratch off that include a free second chance drawing should it not be a winner? The Pennsylvania Lottery’s Eagles™ instant game, a personal favorite to Philadelphians, is $5 featuring top prizes of $100,000 and more cash prizes totaling more than $19 million. If scratching doesn’t make you’re a thousand-aire and your card is a bust then you get a second chance to be a winner. Feel the win Philadelphians!
