Well Chefs Nicola Carro & Fabrizio Carro of Quattro Gastronomia Italiana on Lincoln Road, will be serving a Halloween menu during dinner service only on Sunday, October 31. The cost is $65 per person for the 3-course dinner with indoor seating and $75 per person for outdoor seating which gives you all the Halloween entertainment one could possibly ask for on Lincoln Road. Cafe Vico hosts a Tapas and Wine Pairing highlighting the flavors of Italy and California on Tuesday, October 26 from 6:30-8:30pm. This interactive food and wine event includes tasting notes and pairing conversations in the round with guests. This event is limited to 25 people, advance payment and reservations are required. Starting in October SoLita Las Olas will host a monthly Chef’s Table Wine Dinner with Executive Chef Radar Risoli. The October Chef’s Table Wine Dinner is scheduled for Tuesday, October 26. This interactive Chef’s Wine Dinner is limited to 20 people, the inaugural 6-course dinner is complimented with wines from Antinori. $65/person, excluding tax and gratuity. Mustard Seed Bistro hosts an around the world wine tasting on Monday, October 25 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. This will be a food and wine evening of mixing and mingling and matching. Starting tonight, October 20th, PGA National Resort & Spa launches a 5-week wine series from some of the globe’s greatest wineries and regions. For $10, guests receive a passport in order to track their tastings each week. The series culminates with a Winemaker’s Dinner, hosted at the Ironwood Grille on Wednesday, November 17th.
