Are you looking for a quiet, private place for your next intimate date or casual business meeting? Well, Fleming’s Steakhouse is a great choice!
When a guest walks into Fleming’s, the atmosphere is very private and comfortable; the lights are dimmed to the point where one feels that they are in their own private restaurant, complete with wait staff and chefs. Furthermore, the wait was almost non-existent, even with a reservation not more than a few hours in advance. Overall, the beginning of the Fleming’s experience is well worth the time.
Upon taking our party’s order, the server was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She also made a few suggestions on some of the menu items, and helped us choose the items that fit our specific palates.

Starting off our meal, which was delicious, a dish worth remembering. In this case, it was a hearty, thick, juicy, flame-broiled Filet Mignon was ordered, with a side of Fleming’s House Potatoes, a zesty-yet-creamy combination of jalapeños and scalloped potatoes, a portion fit for two. The main meal was delicious, but is not the main focus of this examination.
Now, it is time to discuss the main reason for this article, the dessert. The dessert in question this time around is Crème Brulee. For those unfamiliar with what Crème Brulee is, it is custard infused with vanilla bean, then slow-baked in a water bath. The water bath promotes a smooth texture and a superior quality item. This Crème Brulee, in particular, was creamy and rich; fit for royalty! When a guest starts to enjoy this dessert, he or she notices the glass-like torched sugar coating over the top of the custard. This is a true sign of a superior Crème Brulee. One can test this by gently tapping his or her spoon on the top of the custard, and if it has a sharp ring to it, and does not give into the weight of the spoon, the consumer knows it is a dessert worth eating. Finally, when a guest starts to taste the rich custard, he notices the subtle hint of the best-quality vanilla bean. This Crème Brulee is certainly the cream of the crop, as far as desserts go.
Overall, the service at Fleming’s was very professional and knowledgeable, but more importantly, the food was exceptional! Fleming’s Steakhouse should be at the top of any tourist’s or local’s list for their next romantic dinner or casual business meeting!
