Loudon, NH (September 18, 2010) – Today at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, The Charity Splits Company of Joliet, IL, held a press conference alongside Jerry Gappens, the general manager and vice president of NHMS. Purchased at www.theracedayraffleseries.com, raffle tickets cost $10. Fans can decide which NASCAR charity their ticket purchase will benefit.
“Our goal for the 2010 Race Day Raffle Series and TheRaceDayRaffleSeries.com 175 is to raise over $1,000,000 for our foundation and charity partners, and to give away an RV to one lucky fan,” stated Ryan West, Director of Marketing for The Charity Splits Company. “It is our mission to provide assistance to these great foundations, similar to the way foundations just like these helped my family in our time of need when my mother was critically ill. We believe we can do that through the Race Day Raffle Series.”
Patrick West, Charity Splits CEO, sought out a career in non-profit when finishing college. He took the idea of his father’s successful 50/50 raffles at high school football and basketball games and turned that into the idea of the Race Day Raffle Series.
“The synergy with what they’re doing is enabling us to support those foundations,” said Patrick. “I envision a long relationship with New Hampshire.”
Jerry said this is a partnership. “They hopefully have seen that already.”
Patrick also stated, “We’re racing fans. So, we’re just pretty darn excited.”
TheRacedayRaffleSeries.com 175 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event, won by the No. 18 Kyle Busch Toyota, was the first race entitlement sponsorship for Patrick’s five year old non-profit.
