Now that Lindsay Lohan’s out of prison and rehab, we’ve been forced to keep up a “Lindsay Lohan Terror Watch”. Earlier in the week, we completely failed to warn everyone that Lohan would be appearing during the MTV Video Music Awards, and doctors are still frantically trying to save those that viewed the program. For the survivors, however, there’s this news: Lohan may be hosting an episode of SNL this season. Be warned below, my gentle Examiner readers…
The “Lindsay Lohan Terror Watch” threat level has officially been raised to “Orange” today following the news that the former Herbie: Fully Loaded actress may be returning to host an episode of Saturday Night Live this season. For the past few weeks, sources have been keeping us informed about who’d be joining the cast this year, who’d be hosting the season premiere, and other delightful bits of news…but this Lohan-related development has arrived out of nowhere, sending thousands into a state of complete panic.
Here’s what we know so far: “Lindsay Lohan’s career rehab train may have a stop at NBC’s famed “Saturday Night Live.” Lohan is in conversations to host “SNL” on Dec. 4, according to a source familiar with the deal. The NBC late-nighter would give Lohan 90 minutes to prove to those who may still care about her career that she is employable after a string of run-ins with the law and rehab stints.” Consider that your warning.
Lorne Michaels has apparently been made aware of the fact that Lohan may be attempting to host an episode of his prized NBC institution, and we await further comment from his offices. For the time being, make sure that you’ve got your DVR’s set to avoid an episodes of SNL that may have Lohan listed as a host. You may also want to ensure that your children and pets are properly secured in the event that Lohan does, in fact, manage to finagle her way into the host-seat when SNL begins airing new episodes next month.
