Disney’s El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, an exclusive first-fun theater for Walt Disney Pictures, is hosting its first “Tiny Tot Tuesday” movie screening at 10 a.m. on Sept. 7, 2010. To introduce this special movie-going experience, El Capitan Theatre will show “Tinker Bell & the Great Fairy Rescue,” the new Pixie Hollow film set for release on Friday, Sept. 3, 2010.
Tiny Tot Tuesday shows the featured movie in a house with dimmed lights and the sound system turned down for young and sensitive viewers. Such screenings are toddler- and family-friendly, offering parents an enjoyable way of introducing children to big-screen movies.

“Tinker Bell & the Great Fairy Rescue” and “Beauty and the Beast Sing-a-Long”
Every screening of “Tinker Bell & the Great Fairy Rescue,” which runs until Sept. 19, will include a live appearance by Tinker Bell herself. Audience members may breakfast with Tinker Bell before the 10:00 a.m. movie at select shows. Reservations are required.
Also part of the early fall 2010 schedule for El Captain Theater is the “Beauty and the Beast Sing-a-long,” which runs from Sept. 24 – Oct. 7. Audiences are welcome to sing along with the movie’s favorite songs – “Be Our Guest,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Belle” and “Gaston” – while enjoying the newly restored high-definition movie.
Similar to “Tinker Bell,” all screenings of “Beauty and the Beast” include a live appearance by Belle for select shows. El Capitan offers a Breakfast with Belle that takes place before the 10:45 a.m. show for select screenings. Again, reservations are required.
