Known for producing wines that age well and exhibit great versatility, these unique selections will be presented in reverse order (oldest to youngest) by Tru’s Wine Director Chad Ellegood while Executive Chef/Partner Anthony Martin composes a five-course dinner highlighting the viticultural nuances.
